MY NAME IS DON JOEL. I AM A REAL ESTATE INVESTOR SPECIALIZING IN BUY FIX AND HOLD RENTAL PROPERTIES FOR THE LONG TERM CASH FLOW. AS OF 2016, I HAVE OVER 12 PROPERTIES IN RENTAL IN FLORIDA AND DOMINICAN REPUBLIC. I AM LOOKING TO BUILD MY PORTFOLIO FOR LONG TERM BASIS.
