Seeking Mentor

Hello BP!

I'm stuck.  Just like tons of fresh out of the gate investors, I'm struggling to get my foot in the door with my investing career.  I spend all of my waking hours analyzing deals, driving neighborhoods, reading forums and books, and talking to whoever will talk with me about real estate.  Even still, I'm having a hard time breaking through.

My interest is definitely in buy and hold investing, specifically small and large multifamily property.  I'd love to work closely with someone in the area who is doing this type of thing.  Any assistance I can give to you as an investor looking for a boots-on-the-ground type of assistant I'd be glad to provide.

I'm very familiar with Jefferson County and the pros/cons of investing down here.  I'm learning St. Louis more and more.

If there's anyone looking for an extra set of hands, please contact me. I'd love to be of help to you so I can learn and you can grow your business.

You sound driven, motivated, and eager to get started in REI. I'm sure someone would love to be a mentor to you. I, too, am looking for a mentor but in the meantime have been reaching out to other BP members to just give advice. To me, everyone I chat with on BP are my mentors is some way. It would be awesome to have a 1-on-1 mentor but I'll take what I can get. Good luck to you and your journey bro. Aloha!
