With those email addresses (or your current email database), you can create audiences in Facebook to more highly target an audience you want to work with. 

As far as marketing goes, remember your target audience is someone looking for help.

Of course, there's a chance the number you throw out is exactly what he's looking for, but the odds of that are small.-  If you really are just looking to "make a little money" and want to create a win/win, why not just offer to give the investor 50% of the profit?
