Seems frivolous and my attorney agrees so I'm not all that worried about it.Basically a homeowner that had(chose) to replace a heating system not long after she bought the place.Looks like they are just throwing stuff against the wall to see if it will stick, but of course if they actually file suit you never know what could happen.Anyway not looking for opinions on my "case" as much as would like to hear people's stories about the time someone threatened to sue them.Seems like a fun topic to let people vent about!

I selected Allied for a few reasons: (1) Online classes are better suited to my schedule as I am required to travel from time to time in my present occupation as a DoD Intelligence contractor and (2) Allied honored my VA Education Benefits.
