Have a few questions regarding tax structuring, managing contractors, expenses etc. 

I however am looking to hire a full time W2 employee to handle day to day operations and coordinate between these service providers and run things generally under my supervision.Need help with actually structuring the job description, company standard procedures, and most importantly how to find and vet this person.

In my case the ADU triggers upgrade requirements to the rest of the structure,  making it cost waaay more than just the additional unit would cost by itself. 

Any guidance or advice on how to structure an offer to get this deal?

I currently have 5 multifamily properties under difference LLCs, i want to structure these under series LLC.

I have been researching the best org structure for doing buy and hold rentals and have come down to structures similar to the images below.

Just as important to the financial/legal structure is the emotional structure you put in place and few think of this part upfront.

The property under contract I want as my primary is 395 K and in the most excellent location, river front and 3 residential structures are allowed in the land.  

Any recommendations on books to read to gain knowledge on the structure of buildings, building codes, history of buildings & how they were built, etc.Ultimately, I would like to gain a better understanding of these topics & concepts to know what to look out for when purchasing older - newer homes.
