Hey! 

I am hoping to connect with some local investors that are thinking of OR have invested in the states. 
Have a few questions regarding tax structuring, managing contractors, expenses etc. 

Looking at a vacation home in either FLA or AZ and also long term rentals in Buffalo NY.
