I'm currently in High school, and  have  been gaining knowledge about the real estate industry.

Being young myself and diving into real estate right out of high school, the best advice I can offer anybody when starting off is to meet as many people in the business as possible.

Ever since I was in high school I have had an interest in real estate investing but just didn't know where to go to learn.

I just passed the NYREI school & NY state RE salespersons tests and have the required textbook from the course that I no longer need.  

Currently I am working full time job and going to school which make it little tricky to balance off but I am sure I can handle it.

With no credit/assets/income/proven history you're going to have to leverage relationships you have in order to get funding, and even then, it'll be an uphill battle.The best bet would be to find a partner/investor willing to take a risk on you, if you have a portfolio which details your experience that would be a good first step.

Obviously I wont have any experience right after I pass the school test and then the state license.Any advice on what should I do in order to start working right away and increase my opportunity to get some exposure to the market?

I've been in Maine for the last 4 years and went to school here for 5 years before that so I guess I'm a transplant at this point.

The best subject to house is a house that everybody wants in the best school district in the condition is impeccable, they were the better the more warranties the betterExisting financing is very very very important.I am going to say that again, existing financing is very very important.

Typically banks won't lend to an LLC until they have an income/credit history.
