NYREI NY Real Estate Salespersons 5th Edition - do you need it?

I just passed the NYREI school & NY state RE salespersons tests and have the required textbook from the course that I no longer need.  If any local NYC members plan to attend NYREI contact me if you'd like the book and I'll mail it to you.  There are a few of my notes on the pages, but they charge you $40 separate from the course so this would help bring down cost to get your license.  I always give away my books for exams once I pass them .. happy to do so.
