As the graphic notes there was a period when house prices fell because manufacturing techniques improved enough to drive down prices independent of what land values might have been doing.I wonder how much of the recent noise in house prices relates to better information flow given the Internet.

Mold is a dangerous word.Do you have any professional qualifications so you can safely advice a money investor why the mold is not an issue?
