I finally managed to sign up after reading through numerous forums on this site.

We have numerous options for financing but don't know which to take/works best for our venture (VA, FHA, traditional).My question(s) are;Which financing option is recommended for a partnership?

I am a newbie investor and I have read that you need to make numerous offers to get deals. 

This would likely be in the realm of errors and omissions - i.e. did the servicer fail to provide the correct notice, incorrectly calculate payments reduction in UPB, or a borrower files a suit if I am put in a position where we are trying to renegotiate a delinquent note (either myself or the servicer).

There really is no room for error.
