Get the title or contract for title:Okay!

I've been doing extensive research for the past few weeks and have had no success on obtaining a Purchasing & Sales Agreement and an Assignment Contract. 

I have 6 duplexes under contract for 50k each.

I know a person that has a house under a contract for deed.

I have recently purchased a Multi-Family with tenants who rented under a lease while I was under contract.

The property itself is fantastic... inherited tenant not so much, BUT, there was a vacancy & it was in the contract to let us market it while under agreement.

We have a contract with them.

I have no knowledge about other states contracts but in Florida it is very easy to detect a contract written by a wholesaler.
