Are you sending this out to your mailing list?

I think investors send these folks mail and buy them out before they get there or the owners/lien holders may pay up before the sale.The same people always buy these things.

Its not a huge investor market, we get some newbies, plenty of people sign up on the meetup site and I send out email reminders  but we just don't get people attending. 

Once you look it up find out who the current owner is then get their mailing address which is located on the same site.

It's possible to do, i have like 60 dollars or something silly i've yet to file the paperwork for and I've had letters in the mail letting me know that I could use xyz service for a 5 dollar fee or something.
