Are you willing to go out there and knock on doors to find the motivated people who are about to go to foreclosure and try to buy their house??

I try and get out and knock on the door, I'm way more likely to convert once I'm in front of someone.  

Driving around and looking at beat up and ugly homes and literally knocking on the door to see if the owner may be interested in selling.2.

As an aside, door knocking is a great way to meet your prospects and get some clients.

I think with my current situation it might be beneficial to have a professional knock this one out and when I purchase my 2nd multi unit property, that I will live in, I will do some DIY projects like this one.  

I see im out voted but i would suggest door knocking.

Just to add one more knock to the list, Wichita Falls is a bit of a soft market and land/home is somewhat popular there.  

I've mailed three times, door knocked and talked to the neighbor.

I am like 3-0 on some knock you over odor units...
