I've been a BiggerPockets member for a few months now and I wanted to introduce myself.

My name is Jane Hyun and after reading up on forums, guides, articles and much more on BP for several months, I finally became a member and thought it would be great to introduce myself for the first time.It surely is a pleasure and an exciting moment to be sharing my thoughts and experience with such a wonderful community.

Hello, Been lurking for a while, I will properly introduce myself later, but saw this thread and had to respond-since I just went through this for my sis.

My only other experience in real estate is as a landlord of a property that I purchased near a university.A family friend introduced me to a more seasoned investor who put me onto buying pre-foreclosures "subject to" existing financing.

(of course everything seems good until you get something better) But I feel like I have taken a couple of steps in the right direction.Anyway I just wanted to introduce myself.

I am over in Fort Worth and just introduced myself on forum.

Should I just put my name on the letters or put both names on them...introduce myself as an individual who wants to buy your house or a couple that wants to buy your house?
