If you hit them with a resolution you’ll likely get ghosted and you will certainly get a bad review.

To me real estate is always a numbers game, you can do just about any thing including forwarding brokers email blasts to people, I have never tried that but I as a wild guess I would say you would need to forward 100,000 to 1 million, and with those kind of numbers you could hit a person who was happy enough you did it to send you a finders fee. 

I would fear that if performance hurdles aren’t hit in a big way, sponsors lose interest, and then they take their eye off the ball.

You'll take a little hit, but will probably be worth it to be done with a bad deal.

As a realtor, I can control my searches, and if I see a property hit the mls, I can access it right away, and not rely on someone else to fit me into their schedule. 

Any of our northern neighbors closer to the border run into this challenge?
