Instead, I would try to get on a team that is doing high volume.

Using a larger service vs individual may work better as they can accommodate last minute typically as their schedules change a lot due to size and volume.

If you bought 3-4 properties with financing you would make more money because of volume.  

They funnel their attention on traffic volume when difficulty to rank is the best thing to look at.
