Along the path we are and will be facing Severe Winter and Ice Storms and to top it off Extreme Wildfire Threats.We have already seen this year with Jan producing 7 Major Disasters, Feb producing 3 Major Disasters, March producing 3 Major Disasters and April producing 2 Major Disasters.

He will clean these up as well when he logs on next.Although spamming is virtually impossible to stop, it is very nice that Josh stays on top of it here so that we can all play in a clean environment.

I have put in two hardwood floors recently and both of them were installed over the top of the old hardwood floors.

Done correctly, the incentives are fantastic.

Again I will say: if you really believe that a market has topped out and you want to sell, then sell.

I don't know of a single website that does AWESOME b/c of its name if it has a truly rotten product, but I know some crazy domain names that do fantastic (biggerpockets for one) b/c they offer a better product.The only thing I would recommend is picking something that you don't have to say twice or spell out for people to know how to get there.
