Hello BP,After months of watching videos and building a good educational foundation I just got a loan for $25k from my 401K, and I'm ready to take action.  

I looked at the video it shows a Keller Williams Realtor.What is the address of the property.

I could not find how to upload excel sheet for this....

I currently own an Audio Video company and am expanding out to real estate investing. 

I saw few videos where someone was buying a property just like my situation Via ( Note Buying) and profit good out of it . 

I do a lot of excel and google sheet formulas, but I haven't been able to get my brain around how to do it in this case.  

Brandon does an excellent job of defining and explaining many tools that can be combined to get your first investment.

I have also been an investor in Jacksonville from afar, using a really excellent turnkey company with great property management.
