looking for competitive private money lender for rehab& flip project
Good morning BP,
I am working on a rehab and flip project and looking for a competitive source for private money lending to cover the purchase and rehab & remodel costs.
My investor partner owns over 20 properties and has excellent credit.
He had ask me to present him with some Private money financing options for this project.
