Seems like a great way to diagnose heating and cooling issues, check your insulation, find hidden water leaks and mold, helpful to find wall studs, and look for electrical problems.I'm adding this to my wish list even if it is a doodad.

If they are just bugging the police and needlessly wasting their resources, you may be able to have them come testify on your behalf, or at least show that there were never any charges or tickets from police substantiating her claims.

I'm considering a tri -plex and the owner who bought the house 10 years ago changed the heating system from oil heat to individule electric heat. in each apt...should i consider this a plus or not?

When I buy a property, any of the major items (roof, furnace, plumbing, electrical) that has less than 5 years remaining are treated as if they need to be fixed right after I buy and I factor that cost into what I offer when buying.
