I will not use co-hosts or property managers or evolve type companies or "partners". this is a complex business especially in this new world, and I don't need anyone screwing things up for me. all of mine are within a block, although I have some long-term rentals in the south.

The only time this would not be the case is if, say your fascia repairs are directly over the access points, so ladders will be blocking doorways.I would also caveat that SOME of Todd's list can be amended based on availability.

I read that this is only available to owner occupants if the property is 3 units or less and they are only going to approve 3 ADU's per block. so if you're interested make sure your application gets in in early.
