Mold Remediation / Removal for 1k ft home

How much would be it be to remove mold from 1k square ft home?  If the dryway and ceiling was replaced would this mitigate the mold in the home?  Why type of issues have other expeerienced?

Whats the most this would cost?  I don't know anyone in Jacksonville who does mold removal for a decent price and honest price.  Also, who is honest of what else would need to be done.

Most likely the roof was not replaced when it should have been on the home and water leaked through then a roof was replaced.  The home is sold with block structure. and cement foundation.  Brick as well.

Please let me know who would be an expert at this?  If gutted the hole place Im not sure if a mold remediation or testing necessary and I don't want to waste money.
