Frankly, someone visiting from out of town will likely not feel comfortable having to go to a laundromat in an area that they're not super familiar with.Overall, you want to do things that will help you stand out above the other listings around you.

I've actually had three of my California clients end up moving here after buying a few properties and coming to visit.

The Yogi bear parks in Northwest  areas are a good sone to visit to learn.  

I visit the house routinely and just did a walk through and everything is normal. 

If you take your concept of building tiny homes/cabins and focus on creating a unique experience for your guest, then the market itself doesn't matter that much (I mean you don't want to build these in markets where no one visits haha).
