Not to mention taxes. It's no wonder out of state investors are pouring into our market. I've had ten calls this week and seven of them are from California. I've actually had three of my California clients end up moving here after buying a few properties and coming to visit. Money goes a lot father and we now live in a remote work economy. It's funny I heard the Texas taxes are now just as bad as California. We live in a fun market y'all!
