Depending on the area of your home, older windows can add value to the house, if the house in a historic or preservation district.I would evaluate your property to see what your needs are.

We have come a long way with the internet as a tool to evaluate a property from afar, but I just do not understand why an investor would spend in some cases hundreds of thousands of dollars for a property but does not want to spend a few hundred dollars on an airline ticket ?
