So much so that I actually created a management company here in Houston and now manage over 400 homesThe main thing that a management company brings to the table is systems and policy and procedures.

So far, I've only invested in the SW Houston area.

Philly and Birmingham are probably the two biggest markets right now, then there's places like Indy, Houston, Chicago, etc.It's all totally dependent on your goals and comfort levels as to where you want to buy.

im looking for some recommendations and if possible a reference in houston area . i need to make contact whit a RE lawyer . i like to have some one who knows the laws making sure everything is correct especially now that im just staring ,i understand the concept and i been educating my self the mos i can .but still ,even i know i will make some mistakes some times i want to make sure i minimize them .

I am curious whether anyone in the Houston area has been able to find a broker who charges minimal fees for 'hanging' your license.
