Seeking lawyer to review turn-key paperwork

Hi all -

I am planning for buying my first turn-key rental.  I am looking for a real estate attorney to review paperwork and provide advice as an objective third party.  Someone based in Houston would allow for in-person consultations, but it can probably be done virtually as well.
