After being interested in real estate for 20+ years I am taking the plunge and starting to invest.  I am new to the Waco area and am looking to rehab, flip, and acquire rental properties.  I'd love to network with other investors and real estate professionals in the Waco area.  I'd also like to meet any hard money lenders in the area.  Any advice is welcome and thanks all!
