I would go 2 small to split the risk . even if you want to get out of one you always can and still hold one . more flexible strategy . but more management

Both recommended a Wyoming Trust over a Holding Company over each LLC (ideally one per property).

I can advise on the financing part in terms on how to structure your loan and making sure you have an exit strategy that will allow you to continue to purchase your next investment and continue to rinse and repeat.

It will take longer and have more holding costs.

Instead of 6 months of work and holding cost we have it rented in 2 weeks and I let apprciation generate the equity, which is frankly something we did not have much of in the past.
