There are many cities and states that are fair to Landlords.

That will put you fairly close to 50% anyway.  

Seems to me it could be profitable and fairly passive investment in a market like mine where there are many businesses out there that need a shop and a place to store their equipment. 

When there is an issue, you proactively communicate with the guest to avoid a negative review, that I am sure you all do. 

I record my computer screen to communicate ideas of tasks to assistants and document Workflows to be created into training guides.  

NOw to be fair in our market this would be quite rare..

Im assuming 99% down would be fairly accurate as that would be a sign that there is a mortgage reported and therefore the 100% equity default isnt in play.

I own a 1 acre property next to a fairly newly built Tractor Supply.Had it up for sale for a 2 years.Had a close sale to Dunkin Donuts but they chose to build around the corner on a larger lot.

Hello Steve,We requires tenants to have renters insurance prior to taking occupancy and we must be named on the policy  to ensure we receive all communications from the insurance company.
