i am in Dallas County Texas and i was in the construction-related industry for about 30 years.  

I am looking at the Dallas market as an out of state investor and I want to start building out my team by finding a good property manager who will work with me to find the desired sub markets/towns to invest in.Which PMs do people recommend to use and/or stay away from in the Dallas market?

After it is foreclosed, it will be listed by a listing agent that lists homes for banks, like myself in the Dallas TX area and then you can make a decision to make an offer.   

I am about an hour or so away from Dallas.

I'm in the North Dallas area near Carrollton, Plano and Lewisville.

We just moved to a nice little neighborhood here in Dallas and we would love to find a rental property around us as well (easier to manage this way and quality of renters would be great).A house popped up for 200k that would ARV for $265k and somewhere from 1800-2000/mo for rent.
