Eager to start investing in Texas, as we were investing in Taiwan before and have moved are money back into the states after selling high in Asia.  Currently, have my foot in the door with as a private hard lender, which has been pretty lucrative, but now looking for a partner or partners to team up with to learn about the ins and outs of real estate investment in the Dallas area.  Interested in commercial real estate and single family homes.

I know this a broad search, but thought I would just throw it out there

@Kevin Dam, Welcome to BP and the Dallas market!  My wife and I are investors in DFW and have recently teamed up with a couple named, Mark and Tamiel Kenney; they run an investing/mentoring group out of Dallas called Think Multifamily. We consider them excellent friends and would recommend them if you're looking to expand into the DFW area.  You can PM me anytime for more details or contact them directly through BP...I'm sure they would love to hear from you!   Anyways, I hope to hear from you soon and good luck!
