I was really looking for multi family properties in the area and stumbled across this one; I ran the numbers and they were over double anything else I had previously analyzed.

While learning to analyze properties is the main task I'm also looking to build relationships with local real estate investors, mortgage lenders and anyone else locally who is involved in this business.

I was talking to a real estate agent about rental properties, and i was explaining when im analyzing a deal (which is all i have done so far) how i calculate in percentages for vacancy’s, repairs, cap ex etc.
