For years i have had a portfolio policy with Nationwide for my commercial plazas but they are not renewing me this year as they now require all buildings with a food use to be fully sprinklered (which i do not have).

This is circumstantial and market dependent but something you should explore if this land falls under this category.

At least within this question let's exclude the US market, taxes and laws since I am far from investing on that market.
