Commercial Portfolio Policy Help

Hi All. For years i have had a portfolio policy with Nationwide for my commercial plazas but they are not renewing me this year as they now require all buildings with a food use to be fully sprinklered (which i do not have). My agent is shopping for a new policy but so far multiple underwriters are refusing to write policies for the same issue. Have been denied by Chubb, Arbella, Guard, Hanover, Hartford, Quincy Mutual, and Utica.

I have 4 (soon to be 7) plazas in CT. All commercial ranging from 4,000 sqft to 20,000 sqft.

Who are you all using for portfolio packages? Any reccomendations?

Thanks
