@Jennifer Figueroa I entered escrow on a handful of houses in Little Rock but no deals worked out for a variety of reasons - liens, excessive mold/fungus, sellers changing their mind, etc.

I used to be with Plum Tree and went to Keller Williams for a variety of reasons, including the above, but also because their website pushed all leads to the broker who kept them for himself.  

This being said, I would not hesitate to install the vinyl flooring in these areas as they are durable, water proof, very popular and come in a wide variety of tile and wood look. 

I think the key to MTR success is casting a wide net and using a variety of sources for leads.
