Hi there BP Nation,The deck around our pool has deteriorated rapidly over the winter months to the point where it is becoming unsafe.

I'm a big time fan of the BP podcast and look forward to learning even more from the online community!

With that being said i want to get a real estate licence  my question is where to get an affordable and quality education, I have a full time job so time is a sensitive matter im leaning towards an online program can any one recommend an institute? 

It's basically just been online RE therapy!

We would never, ever substitute an online service for an experienced local attorney.

Being apartments, i.e. commercial, I expect them to appreciate as I improve Net Operating Income (NOI) by bringing vacant apartments back online; but I do not expect any appreciation from a general market improvement.  

I think I would dominate online marketing.  

Is it possible to due this online?
