I feel like I should be nervous, so I am, but I can't...I'm about to teach a night session (science teacher) so I need to NOT think about how excited and nervous I am!!

and the insane taxes ;pPittsburgh has a few university and medical hospitals in the city so you have a varied choice of investment, from Student, low income, to professional. 

Our city has a Downtown Development Authority in place to encourage these types of projects, and the university near my desired location recently added new and bigger dormotories and added a new student center, so I'm sure they've upgraded surrounding utilities for those projects. 

I like student housing so I buy in Edmond and Norman near the universities.
