To be present for the inspection, for example, I had to ask another teacher to cover my morning class.Throughout all this, BP was a huge help to me regarding the idea of sub2 and dealing with the issues that arose from the inspection.At that point, we just waited on the seller.

Our city has a Downtown Development Authority in place to encourage these types of projects, and the university near my desired location recently added new and bigger dormotories and added a new student center, so I'm sure they've upgraded surrounding utilities for those projects.

I like student housing so I buy in Edmond and Norman near the universities.
