Nor can everyone be smart and non-judgmental as demonstrated above.As most landlords know, $20k houses require much work with hidden cost$ lurking behind the dry walls from years of neglect.

It is a loser right out of the gate IMHO.And if you do manage to get someone to allow a sublease for a vacation rental (stop calling it AirBNB as that is just a platform), you will pay above market rates for your leases if the owner is smart.

I've heard the same about MF and even that some of the"smart" money is getting out of everything MF that is non core. 

I am smart and work hard, but I don't think that all my success is a result of working hard.

I want to find out the biggest problems property owners, agents, managers, companies or others in the industry face and provide a solution using web/software or technology.
