BP is a fantastic community and there is a wealth of information on the site.

I have added the definitions below for others on the site who may find the information helpful.Before, you can determine if an eviction or ejectment is the right course of action you must first have define what the person living in your home is.

I shot back a response rather quickly with my suggestions, however Ive personally found them to be more lip service than action... although I was pretty adamant 6-8 weeks ago that they were missing the boat by not having this feature.No idea on their plans, and they dont seem to share lots on their site either.

I am still trying to figure out this site, it is taking a while!

Curious as to how the BP Community would analyze this property mixture....We're looking at a single property (3 standard lots) with multiple income-oppurtunites on site that had previously been reserved for family/friends, so there is not much of rental history to relate.
