Hi all,I have everything in place to close on a property purchase, however, Seller is wanting to take on another contract, because closing was delayed by a week, and we did not have an amendment to officially extend the close date.

@Dmitriy Fomichenko in regards to 'converting' traditional funds over that are already in my SOLO401K to the ROTH component, if those 'funds' are say a rental that I paid 100K for, do I need to get an official appraisal of that property to covert things?

Let's say I choose an applicant by mid-month - should I give them a couple of days to sign an "Agreement to Execute Rental Agreement" and collect a holding deposit (same amount as the security deposit let's say), and then sign the lease later in the month and collect first month's rent?

Does anyone have experience with having security film installed on your units? 

Sometimes the plan reviewers are over zealous and make overly stringent requests that the building official can over ride.

I reached out to her and her referral but got no additional money apart from the security deposit and her first month's rent at move in.  

They will provide a security deposit and first month rent immediately so we cancel the open house. 4.

@John Merritt   Remember transferring property involves to things: transferring the deed which transfers ownership of the actual property and the security instrument (mortgage, security deed or deed of trust) which shows who is on the hook for the $$ borrowed.
