Use a bunch of artist renderings and actual photos of the views and land along with pics of the lake, the ski resort etc.The biggest issue is that you will lose the early boost a new listing gets.

Post some pics when your done.

Put the game room picture with the bunks in the top 3 pics because it would really appeal to families.We thought those were good tips and our VRBO bookings are doing well but not sure if it's related to the advice.The second time we spoke to him he said our list was killing it and nothing to change.I suspect the Airbnb session would be similar.

I was going to show more progress pics, but I will restrain myself and just jump to the end photos.In these pictures you can see that a queen bed takes up a good portion of the room, but there is enough space to have a small table and a couple of comfy chairs.

Norway is indeed a beautiful country, if you are visiting Oslo in the future send me a message some time in advance and I may have a room for free for a shorter stay.It's hard to find a good deals but scanning the market during the periods of holly days can offer a opportunity to avoid the biding wars.

Then there were always the late rent excuses, we dont think we should have to pay the late fee, I don't have money for kids food followed immediately by their facebook pics of beach vacation, accusing my wife of putting their rent money order (dated and time stamped of course) back in their apt to illegally charge late fee, claiming we weren't allowed to enter their unit even after proper notice or when they requested repairs and telling us they had us on cameraWe served 30 day notice for them to leave after they went month to month.
