I am trying to partner up with somebody else to do me the legwork would be needed in the future fix and flip transactions i probably will do out of the state when i am absent , including which is the most important thing is to watch the rehab process and contractors progress anybody has an idea how to setup that king of relation and contracting ?

Maybe you can expedite the process by getting bids of your own and sending him quotes for them instead of having him to your homework for you.

Wholesaling is probably my least familiar area as far as the process of getting it on contract and then finding a buyer and the closing process, although the more I learn the more comfortable I feel with the overall process.I have enough experience with REI to know that it will be my future method of generating full time income, at this point mainly through rehabbing and rental properties.

My concern has been how to execute from little or no money to begin fixing/flipping a house and how to re-use the profit towards repeating the process or engage with a different real estate venture.I am looking forward in learning more from you all.
