So, my contractor did the following:Blacklighted all carpeted areas, stairways, walls, baseboards to find spots Removed all carpeting, treated the subflooring with enzymatic cleanser.Caulked all openings, seams.Applied BIN (which worked way better than Kilz original) to walls, baseboards, and stairs.Repainted everything and used an air deodorizer in the paint.Ozone treatment to shock all the smell out.

Even better, the houses are in areas that are undergoing gentrification, so that equity is going to grow rapidly over the next five years.I'm in the process of refinancing two of the properties to pull out equity, and I'm in the preliminary stages of also working out a conventional loan for a slightly more expensive property that I haven't identified yet.

My cousin told me about this man Reza Mohktarian and how he is a successful public trader and made successful trades for the public (periscope) but now discloses them in his monthly program for only $97 a month.I was very shocked by this news but when I looked into it better I saw some very bad reviews on his previous entity CTM (Capital Trust Entities) and how it was a scam but nothing poor about his recent programs.
