If accomplished, enhancing the latter would be great.Much of what I have learned so far has come from American sources like 'The Book on Rental Property Investing' by Brandon Turner, 'Rich Dad Poor Dad' by Robert Kiyosaki, Real estate books written by Ken McElroy, and of course the Bigger Pockets podcasts.

If you have yet to read a book on real estate or find that the idea isn't really for you, then I recommend you start with 'Rich Dad Poor Dad' and 'The richest man in Babylon' since they are both written as novels but can help change your mindset.Good luck.
