I've listened to the podcasts daily for the past few weeks (since finding BP) and love all the knowledge that is shared here.

In the last month I have read and listened to anything and everything I can get my hands on.

There's a ton of other books out there (and if you listen to the podcasts you'll get a few new recommendations with every episode) but this one has so helpful for me I thought I'd mention it.Also start learning our market here.

As an attorney myself, I have had numerous clients tell me they'd like for me to prepare a document (form, contract, etc) that they can modify for later use, which is fine, as long as you know I may not be able to pick up the pieces after the storm.

The generated report of this should have a graph and numerical figures for projected equity, monthly cash flow, as well as, CoC ROI.

Been listening to the podcasts a lot lately and I'm excited to jump in!  

But the work is not challenging and my fellow co-workers have instructed me to slow down on numerous occasion.

In the mean time, listen to the podcasts, read everything you can find in regards to wholesaling and investing.  

Found the BP podcast and started listening.

Don't listen to the negative thoughts in your head about your age, experience, shoe size, eye color, etc.....Just Do It!
