Hi guys, I am new to BP (my apologies if there is a better forum to post my subject). I just wanted to say hello and hear from your experiences, good or bad, when you made your first deal. I've listened to the podcasts daily for the past few weeks (since finding BP) and love all the knowledge that is shared here.
