This law couldn't have been tested in the courts yet, so unless the Ohio judges are as brain dead as the real estate commissioners it is pure BS.

They don't like to have less than minimum voltage and oftentimes will flicker, so you might want to test a couple before you go all in..

The Gozone was 15 minutes I just had to prove I was a RE professionalAirplane was more intense I needed my log books , my day timers ,,, they want to make sure your not using it for recreation and the 100 dollar hamburger flights .. and are really using it for business as these were huge deductions as well.

A more time intensive way of acquiring those leads is just from the county website, tax assessors office, or whatever public record is maintained in your area.
