You should check out Johns Creek sometime as the demographic make up and schools, population growth, per capita income, job centers etc are almost identical to that of Irvine in 1995 - 97.

,Concerning renting your Single Family Home:My tenant is responsible for ALL of the Utilities at my SF House, that he rents.That includes paying the Water and Sewer Bill.He is also responsible for Lawn Maintenance, Snow and Ice removal, etc.He must provide his OWN equipment and supplies to do the above.If I get a Fine, because he didn't do any of the above, it is added to his rent.Raymond

After taking this course and reading other posts about RAL on BP forums, I feel very well equipped for this.I'm currently feeling a bit stuck at this point in terms of  getting the business plan together, getting property approved, finding tenants, etc etc.
