If lines of credit and HELOC's freeze then they don't expect to have the competition which allows for better buys.

We still have a hot Dallas market so if you want to stay competitive, it's best you have your financing in order before you make any offers. 

Rates: Compare rates between lenders and choose the most competitive one. 

And of course a few of our clients are heavy into section 8 so other than the co pay  issues they are not too affected ( although specializing in section 8 is a skill set for sure).

You can find great deals with little competition.
